I haven't thought of a title yet... Ugh. But anyway, hope you guys like it.
There's no italics, but hopefully you'll understand!
Introduction
The kingdoms have been taken over by Necro, the strange Aggron, and his army of Steel Types. The good king Tyzar, a Lucario, was leading his kindom well, until Necro attack, completely wiping out Tyzar's army. The good king fled, and some think he is creating a rebel army to stand against Necro. Meanwhile, the tyrant king rules over the castle, and gaining more recruits to his army. He tortures villages and many other horrible things. For many, all hope is but lost in the darkness.
But why I tell you this, is that there is hope. A prophecy has entered Terrah, the region name, and the rebels know of it. It is the only thing they are still fighting for. Tyzar waits for it, waiting for it to finally act, to stop Necro, and his ruffian army.
The prophecy is but a simple one, yet a riddle. Not even Tyzar knows what it truly means. And I tell you this now, so reTrainer it.
There are eight,
The elements differ,
But they are still the same,
And in the darkness,
They create light.
Necro has not heard of the prophecy, and Tyzar and the rebels hope he never does. For once the Dark King learns of the prophecy, then the end is all but near...
Chapter One
Twilight
Twilight stirred as the first rays of the sun touched his fur.
It was dawn, a time Twilight usually never woke to. He liked night, a time of shadows. But he was too tired to stay awake at last night. Some strange thing made him tired, and while he slept he had a interesting dream. He dreamed of some other Pokemon, a Legendary, he guessed. Her colour was a nice shade of pink, and the levitated eligantly. Around her rotated rainbow-like hoops, and her head was shaped like a crescent. Twilight never had dreams of other Pokemon, but this one, he could tell she was accually there, and told him something important. Only, Twilight forgot completely what she had said. Blast this memory of mine, Twilight muttered silently, and slowly sat up.
He got up and stretched. His yellow rings on his legs glowed a little, but in the daylight, it was hardly noticeable. Being an Umbreon, Twilight used his rings to scare prey. No use for them here, he thought. He looked around the forest, seeing the tall trees and Wurmples crawling around. There was more life at day, but he was meant for night. Twilight stalked over to a little Caterpie, careful not to make any noise with his black paws. He was ready to leap, and extend his claws onto his prey. Sometimes he used a move, like Shadow Ball, but Twilight prefered to attacked and kill the original way.
"Twi!" A voice howled in the distance behind Twilight. The Caterpie spun around and spotted Twilight. The Umbreon groaned, and knew what was next. Without a second to run, the Caterpie let out a sticky web from its mouth, wrapping Twilight in a thick web-like sack. He struggled to get free, but ended up falling over. With a small laugh, the Caterpie crawled away, leaving Twilight sitting there, humiliated. I hate day, he noted to himself.
The one who called Twilight came running up. An handsome Mightyena came up, his glossy black fur and sharp white claws his best features. A redish scar ran down his muzzle, a scar, he had told Twilight, was from his childhood as a Poochyena, when a Necro Guard attacked his hometown. "What happened? Why are you awake?"
"Could say the same to you," Twilight growled. "Now help me out, Dark!"
The Mightyena named Dark raced over to Twilight and began to use his fangs to slice the webbing. "But why are you awake at day?" Dark asked again.
"Tired yesterday, so I decided to sleep. Woke up just for a meal," Twilight explained, breaking out of the webbing after Dark cut through enough. "Why are you awake? You're night-active too." It was the only way Twilight could have found Dark, his best friend.
"Well, I'm not sure. Was bored, I guess." Dark muttered quietly. "C'mon, I'll show you this cool stream! ReTrainer the old groggy, dirty creek was saw? Well, it's all clean!" Dark's bushy black tail wagged fastly.
Twilight rolled his eyes. He gave a fake yawn. "Seems as though I'm still tired," he lied, "need to rest." He trotted over to his nest. He liked Dark, but the Mightyena was very distracted, and interested in simple things. Streams can't clean themselves, Twilight thought. Silly Dark.
His nest was but a simple clearing with mosses and ferns for bedding. He layed down, snuggling into the soft moss he found near the mountains. His rings glowed slightly, in a soft warm shine. His rings often revealed his emotions, and he was happy of that. There was nothing else he'd rather be than an Umbreon. But if only he could reTrainer the dream! He recalled it as being something about eight, and darkness and light. It was like... A prophecy! The word clicked into Twilight's head, and he reTrainer almost instantly.
He reTrainered the pretty Legendary, her eyes calm, but of worry. Twilight began to back up, but she continued to approch him.
"Twilight!" She called to him. "Twilight! It is time for your destiny. You are needed in the kingdom, you are needed to save Terrah! There are eight, and their elements differ, but they are still the same, and in the darkness, the create light. Gather the eight, Twilight. You are their leader, Twilight. FIND THEM!!"
Twilight didn't know what these eight were. How was he suppose to know? How was he to find them, these "Eight"? And why was he their leader? I ain't a leader, never have, never will. I'm a loner, a rogue, an exception of Dark, cause he's my friend. So, why did this prophecy mean me?
He pondered on what it meant. Until the sun sank into the trees, did Twilight relize who the Eight were. His eyes widened, for not even his mother had seen any others. It meant the Eon Eight, all evolutions of the Pokemon Eevee. But he, and his mother, had never seen any others before, not an Espeon, no Glaceon, none. In fact, his mother even thought, after she died, that Twilight was the last Umbreon, because Eevees were a rare species. I need to find an Espeon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Glaceon and Leafeon, when maybe none of them exist! This is impossible! Arceus help!
